    Yarra Glen 2, King Street

This homes main bathroom had a separate toilet. The clients wanted a powder room so guests wouldn’t need to access the bathroom to wash hands. Consistency was maintained with tiles and cabinetry used in the Ensuite bathroom. Relocating the toilet allowed the space to function and flow efficiently but the new position left the powder room without an external wall for natural light. A tall translucent glass panel in the internal wall allows light to be borrowed from the bathroom. The clients are so pleased with the result, the bathroom door in now always open showing off the hand scraped oak vanity.
